The version 2.2 update of Tower of Fantasy, Mirafaleur Moonshade, is set to release on December 22, 2022, bringing new Simulacrum Lyra, diversified Gameplay, and new environments.
The famous free-to-play, open-world MMORPG also recently won the Best for Tablets award from Google Play (US) and was nominated for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2022. Tower of Fantasy was also among the Best Multiplayer Games in Google Play (Philippines) for 2022.
New Areas
This 2.2 patch, titled Mirafleur Moonshade, grants players access to additional areas of the mysterious Cyberpunk city Mirroria. The Mirramoon Street, Treasured Garden, Aquaria Palace, Coolyland, and Entertainment Center can be explored by players.
Moreover, a large number of interior scenes and interactive content are now accessible. A player can go to the entertainment center to bowl, organize a racing competition, or even listen to music at Livehouse. In addition to a roller coaster and ferris wheel, players can solve riddles and win rewards in the Lantern Riddles.
New Simulacrum
Lyra is introduced alongside the Mirafleur Moonshade update. As Ms. Maidelin's sole successor and closest relative, Lyra is cold, mature, and unnoticed. The Vesper is a physical weapon wielded by Lyra. It resembles a Cybernetic Arm and has a massive damage boost and healing effect.
Other highlights
During the holiday season and into the new year, players can anticipate festive events and bountiful rewards, including Dark Crystals, Red Nucleus, holiday-themed skins, and more. In addition to new gameplay and challenges, the 2.2 update introduces the Void Abyss on January 1, 2023.
