Lenovo released the Tab M9, a new tablet for media consumption aimed at budget consumers.
The new device appears in a two-tone color design, a combination of Dark Gray and Light Gray. Upfront it has thick bezels on four sides while at the top you'll find the 2MP front-facing shooter.
It uses a 9-inch LCD screen with a 1340 x 800 HD resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Inside, the unit is powered by a 12nm 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio G80 processor with Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. It is paired with 3GB or 4GB RAM and storage options of 32, 64, or 128 GB.
The Tab M9 has a 5,100mAh battery and charges using USB-C and a 15W power adapter.
In case you'll need the back camera, it also has an 8MP rear shooter.
Connectivity features are WiFi 5, and Bluetooth 5.1. There's no word if there's a cellular version though.
Meanwhile, the software runs Android 12 but Lenovo promised there will be an upgrade to Android 13.

As of now, the starting price point refers to the base variant 3GB/32GB. The brand hasn't shared yet the price of other models. Lenovo also says it will be available in the 2nd quarter of 2023 in the US. While PH availability is still unknown.
